In October 2018, a client reached out to the Unique Group as they were in the process of renovating a new build home and wanted to have the same contractor for all their lighting and smart home installations. 

As a result of a consultation with the client, they decided on having lighting control, an audio system, solar, control4, cinema room, security cameras, and EV chargers installed. 

To complete this project, Unique Tech Solutions and Fire & Security worked closely together as The Unique Group, which took a total of 12 months. 

Our engineers worked closely with the client to ensure that the end results were exactly what they had imagined. Due to this, layout changes in the property were made, which resulted in our plans being altered to fit in with the new modifications. 

Following project completion, after care was provided as ongoing services. Our engineers provided full services on all electrical and smart home installations.
